Position Overview

We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Front Desk Manager to be the face of our Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll lead a motivated team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the Front-Line Staff (FLS) to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee day-to-day FLS operations, including scheduling, payroll submissions, and inventory management.
  • Drive guest satisfaction through proactive customer service, addressing guest feedback, and ensuring swift resolutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional campaigns and engage with members on exciting new offers.
  • Ensure procedures align with Arch Amenities Group's excellence standards.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by overseeing facility access and monitoring safety protocols.
  • Support staff in preparing for special events and maintaining facility equipment and spaces.
  • Assist in orienting new members with an introduction to the facility, services, programs, and policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in customer service, ideally within the hospitality or spa industry.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Proven ability to manage a team, delegate responsibilities, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to balance multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and office equipment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform general physical activities as needed.
  • CPR/First-Aid certification (required by some clients).
