Night Auditor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Night Auditor to join our team at Island Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of guest services, including check-in and check-out, payment processing, and providing information and assistance to guests and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check-in and check-out hotel guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and vendors
• Prepare necessary reports for the management team during each shift

Requirements:

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Effective problem-solving skills, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
• Ability to work alone and in stressful situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
