Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License or State ID - Our caregivers must have a valid driver's license or state ID to ensure they can safely transport clients.
  • HCA Registration - We require our caregivers to be registered with the Home Care Association to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • 2 Years of Caregiving Experience - Our caregivers must have at least 2 years of experience in caregiving to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.
  • Social Security Card - Our caregivers must have a valid social security card to ensure they can work legally in the United States.
  • Covid-19 Vaccine Proof - We require our caregivers to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination to ensure the health and safety of our clients.
  • Current TB Test - Our caregivers must have a current TB test to ensure they are free from tuberculosis.
  • Ability to Lift and/or Move Up to 50 Pounds - Our caregivers must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds to ensure they can safely care for our clients.
  • Validated Ability to Act in a Compassionate and Supportive Manner - Our caregivers must be able to act in a compassionate and supportive manner to ensure they can build strong relationships with our clients and their families.
  • Available to Work Different Shifts - Our caregivers must be available to work different shifts, including nights and weekends, to ensure they can accommodate our clients' needs.
  • Willingness to Enforce Health and Safety Standards - Our caregivers must be willing to enforce health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of our clients.
