Position Overview:

The individual will be tasked with monitoring all areas of the property, including parking facilities, ensuring that all entrances are secure, and safeguarding the well-being of visitors, staff, and contractors during events.

Compensation:
This position offers an hourly wage of $15.00.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the security of all buildings and access points.
2. Lock and unlock facility doors as required.
3. Conduct regular patrols of the property.
4. Respond promptly to emergency situations.
5. Engage with the public and collaborate with management and colleagues.
6. Maintain the safety of all individuals on the premises.
7. Manage situations involving disruptive individuals appropriately.
8. Work independently and assess situations for immediate action.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in security, preferably in a similar setting.
3. Valid driver's license is mandatory.

Skills Required:
1. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
2. Strong customer service orientation.
3. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, including management.
4. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Professional demeanor and appearance.
6. Ability to communicate with emergency personnel and provide clear descriptions and directions.
7. Proficiency in using two-way radios, monitoring phones, and operating closed-circuit security cameras.
