Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at VIMO INC. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period
  • Commit to full attendance during the 3-week Training period
  • Complete a background check and health screening
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
