We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at Luxury Rentals Miami Beach. As a key member of our front desk and concierge team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, exceeding their expectations, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk and Concierge Duties: Greet and assist guests upon arrival, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information on local attractions and services.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that all guest needs are met, and exceed their expectations through proactive communication and personalized service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
