Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk and Concierge Duties: Greet and assist guests upon arrival, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information on local attractions and services.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that all guest needs are met, and exceed their expectations through proactive communication and personalized service.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
