Customer Service Operations Manager

The Customer Service Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations at our front desk. This individual must possess exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include overseeing and scheduling all front desk staff, maintaining accurate activity logs, incident reports, and timesheets for payroll purposes.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask effectively, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. They should also be proficient in operating electronic security control systems and maintaining a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
Your Responsibilities
* Scheduling and coordinating front desk staff shifts
* Maintaining accurate records, logs, and timesheets for payroll purposes
* Overseeing and monitoring daily activities, including emergency response procedures
* Providing training and support to new hires assigned to property
* Coordinating vacation and day-off requests with the front desk coordinator
Requirements and Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; college-level courses in business or hospitality preferred
* 2-3 years of business experience, preferably in customer-facing roles
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Strong customer service, interpersonal, and time management skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended hours when required

Compensation
The annual salary for this position is $58,656.00.
