Customer Service Representative Role

About the Job
This full-time position offers a competitive $45,000 - $60,000 per year salary, depending on experience, with opportunities for advancement in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling patient scheduling, appointments, and multi-phone line management. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will ensure seamless interactions with patients and physicians alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and multi-phone line activities
  • Gather new patient data and track all patient referrals
  • Disseminate information to patients and act as a liaison between patients and physicians
  • Send and maintain reports sent to doctors
  • Collect payments and verify insurance
  • Handle mail distribution and benefits paperwork
  • Schedule patients, coordinate evaluations, and manage appointment reminders and cancellations

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, and empathy toward people in pain
