Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Care Services Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving personal referral/sales/outreach goals for the Summit Elder Care program.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Relationship Building
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external referral sources to obtain qualified referrals and enrollments for the Summit Elder Care program.
  • Participate in community outreach activities, such as senior fairs and elder services professional association events.
  • Present the Summit Elder Care program to groups who are likely prospects, caregivers, and community referral sources.
  • Develop and implement a Territory Development Plan to penetrate accounts listed on the plan.
Lead Generation
  • Work collaboratively with the SE enrollment team to discuss progress of referrals and ideas for resolving issues.
  • Provide in-service orientations to new and existing Summit Elder Care program vendors.
  • Tour professionals and prospects at the Summit Elder Care PACE sites.
  • Show accountability and follow up with prospects until the lead is closed/withdrawn.
  • Achieve monthly referral and home visit request goals for the Summit Elder Care program.
Secure Applications
  • Generate sufficient Summit Elder Care enrollment referrals to meet monthly enrollment goals.
  • Explain the SE program clearly and consistently to prospects and their families to ensure that prospects enroll with a solid understanding of the program and will remain members.
Tracking & Reporting
  • Document all sales activities in the department's CRM application in a timely manner.
  • Meet weekly sales activity deliverables consistently, and track these in the CRM and their Outlook calendar.
Assessment
  • Regularly review effectiveness of efforts against goals.
  • Provide market intelligence to the SE Manager and the Outreach/Enrollment Director so that adjustments can be made to tactical plans.
Regulatory Guidelines
  • Operate within the marketing and outreach guidelines and regulations provided by CMS and EOHHS.
  • When in doubt, ask questions pertaining to compliance or privacy regulations.
