About the Role:

Hughes Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to lead our daily operations and ensure compliance with all applicable procedures, policies, laws, and regulations associated with human resources and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruiting, hiring, and staffing functions to ensure accurate attendance records and payroll functions.
  • Assist branch/department managers and executives in staff-related matters, including disciplinary actions and FMLA, Workers' Comp, and ADA requests.
  • Periodically review salary, compensation, and benefits to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Validate annual staffing and compensation budgets and maintain job descriptions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of similar or related experience.
  • Equivalent to a college degree.
  • High level of understanding of Human Resources as a Generalist.
