Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Cocktail Server to join our team. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience in our live entertainment lounge.

Responsibilities
  • Display Southern Hospitality: Connect with guests, develop loyal relationships, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain a Clean and Professional Appearance: Adhere to our company standards, ensuring a polished and professional image.
  • Work with Teamwork in Mind: Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service and achieve our goals.
  • Comply with Liquor Service Laws: Ensure responsible service, maintain knowledge of liquor laws, and pass the alcohol certification examination.
  • Perform Cocktail Lounge Set-Up and Closing Duties: Prepare the lounge for service, run side work, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Serve Guests with Excellence: Follow steps in service and scripts, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Maintain Cocktail Lounge, Dining Room, and Service Area Safety and Sanitation: Ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Operate the POS Computerized Cash Register System: Accurately process transactions and maintain cash handling policies.
  • Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate needs to the Leadership Team or servers, avoiding leaving work areas during peak periods.
  • Adhere to Company Policies: Follow policies regarding smoking, cell phone usage, and tip declaration.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Bar and Restaurant Service: Possess a pleasant attitude and experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Minimum 3 Years Previous Hospitality Experience: Proven track record of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment.
  • Beliefs and Behaviors Reflecting Integrity and Discipline: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to Stand for 9 Hours: Maintain physical stamina and ability to perform job functions.
  • Basic Computer Usage Skills: Proficient in using the POS system and maintaining cash handling policies.
  • Ability to Carry and Lift Small and Large Trays up to 20 lbs: Maintain physical ability to perform job functions.
  • Command of the English Language: Possess excellent communication skills.
