Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at Truluck's, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and professional environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders, and serve beverages with a smile.
  2. Maintain a Clean and Professional Environment: Clean and sanitize the bar area, restock supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  3. Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine according to company recipes and standards.
  4. Work with the Team: Collaborate with other bartenders and servers to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  5. Maintain Knowledge and Skills: Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions, and maintain a high level of knowledge and skills in mixology and customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of previous hospitality experience
  • Proven track record of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment
  • Ability to stand for 9 hours and lift 40 pounds
  • Accurate communication and cash handling skills
  • Command of the English language
  • Working POS knowledge

Compensation

$45,000 - $100,000 per year (hourly + tips)
