Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Integrity Engineer to join our team at LMK Recruiting. This role is responsible for ensuring the mechanical integrity of our facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the inspection, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Develop and implement mechanical integrity programs to prevent equipment failures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct work audits to verify task completion and adherence to procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports using SAP CMMS.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in safety, environmental impact, cost, productivity, and quality.
  • Develop and manage inspection schedules, coating programs, and mechanical integrity programs.
  • Support ongoing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Participate in audits, safety assessments, and quality committees.
  • Oversee the work of contractors and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Manage equipment spares and process improvements.
Requirements
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of engineering experience.
  • Preferred certifications: API 653, API 510, API 570.
  • Strong background in mechanical integrity, reliability practices, and preventive maintenance.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documents.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Working Conditions
  • Exposure to hazardous chemicals, extreme temperatures, and heavy machinery.
  • Must work irregular hours, wear PPE, and maintain composure under stress.
