Regional President Job Description

Weichert Realtors is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional President to lead and grow a team of talented Sales Managers and support staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background and a keen understanding of the real estate market, with a proven track record of implementing and executing business plans and sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.

The Regional President will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and executing the annual business plan and financial plan to achieve regional revenue units, profit, and sales force growth goals.
  • Staffing, coaching, developing, and managing a highly qualified team of Branch Sales Managers.
  • Directing and managing the targeted activities and results of key regional resources to support sales production and sales force growth goals.
  • Ensuring the consistent use of the Selling System and Sales Tools by Sales Associates across the region to achieve sales, listing, and rental unit targets.
  • Conducting regular meetings with Branch Sales Managers to monitor performance and improve sales and recruiting behaviors.
  • Managing day-to-day regional operations and metrics, including open houses, listing presentations, buyer consultations, farming activities, core calls, recruiting appointments, and experienced and new hires.
  • Collaborating with company Subject Matter Experts to generate targeted ROI.
  • Fostering a strong sense of community across the region to drive sales associate and colleague brand adoption and advocacy.

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Real estate license in NJ preferred.
  • Real Estate broker-salesperson or broker's license preferred.
  • Current, valid driver's license in employee's state of residence.
  • Minimum five (5) or more years of active full-time residential real estate sales experience required.
  • Prior business and sales management experience required.
  • Recruiting experience of new and experienced agents strongly preferred.
  • Involvement with the local, state, or National Association of REALTORS preferred.

Work Location:

Office Based.

Travel:

Position requires travel throughout the assigned region on a regular basis and to Corporate Headquarters as needed.
