About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned digital strategist to lead our Digital Strategy team within the Digital Growth function. This role is responsible for developing and executing holistic full-funnel digital strategies that drive consumer engagement across all points of the digital journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven digital strategies that align with business unit goals and objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create digital vision, thought leadership, and emerging digital capability roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with agencies to develop and integrate digital media strategies that drive business results.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders through digital strategy scorecards and KPIs.
  • Lead project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and outcomes to ensure successful product launches and campaign executions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business and IT partners to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations.
  • Develop and deliver new digital capabilities, change management, and upskill organization digitally while coaching and managing a team of digital experts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or social media.
  • Proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams and broad digital programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with previous community management and copywriting experience a plus.
  • Strong time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
