**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests and determine their needs
- Assign open lanes and provide startup instructions
- Answer guest inquiries over the phone and in-person
- Inform guests of upcoming promotions, specials, and events
- Operate the POS System with accuracy and efficiency
- Issue, record, and redeem gift certificates, coupons, etc.
- Balance receipts, count cash, and complete daily shift paperwork
- Manage lane inventory and assist with lane turnover tasks
- Maintain a sanitary, organized, and presentable area
- Communicate with pit crews and operate call buttons
- Perform various duties related to vending machines
- Perform opening and closing duties as required
- Monitor guests for rule violations
**Requirements:**
- 6+ months previous entertainment center, hospitality, or retail experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
