Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at the Tulalip Resort Casino. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while answering all incoming calls, providing information, transferring calls as appropriate, answering rate and availability inquiries, and/or making reservations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding guest service to all callers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Answer all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to guests.
- Transfer calls as necessary to ensure seamless communication and resolution of guest inquiries.
- Respond to rate and availability inquiries, providing detailed information and making recommendations as needed.
- Make reservations and modifications to existing reservations as requested by guests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
