RSM is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to provide exceptional customer service, front desk coverage, and administrative support to our office and School Principal.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in MS Word and Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service via phone and in person, creating a welcoming environment for parents and students, responding to client inquiries, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and assisting with special projects.
The Office Administrator will also assist in scheduling and coordination of RSM events, parents meetings, awards ceremonies, and help with office supply inventory/ordering and preparing expense reports.
