Key Responsibilities:- Provide Excellent Patient Care: Greet members and patients upon arrival, check them in for appointments, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Sales and Marketing: Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients to our clinics and promote our wellness offerings.
- Transaction Processing: Complete transactions using point-of-sale software and maintain accurate patient accounts.
- Communication and Customer Service: Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to our members and patients.
- Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with our team to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized clinic, and support our core values of TRUST, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, RESPECT, and ACCOUNTABILITY.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous Sales Experience: At least one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in point-of-sale software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
