Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Excellent Patient Care: Greet members and patients upon arrival, check them in for appointments, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Sales and Marketing: Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients to our clinics and promote our wellness offerings.
  • Transaction Processing: Complete transactions using point-of-sale software and maintain accurate patient accounts.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to our members and patients.

Requirements:
