Program Director Assistant | Leadership Role

Job Overview: Gandara Center seeks a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the position of Program Director Assistant. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing guidance to staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
About the Job: The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a social services setting. A bachelor's degree in a related field or higher education is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision to shift supervisors
- Maintain and implement program policies
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Attend weekly administrative meetings and bi-monthly full staff meetings
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
