Store Director Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Director to lead our retail operations, drive sales growth, and foster a positive shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, drive profitability, and improve market share.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with employees, customers, and community groups to promote business growth and development.
  • Monitor and report on sales, customer satisfaction, and operational performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives, improve processes, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a store director or assistant store manager role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
