Store Director Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Store Director to lead our retail operations, drive sales growth, and foster a positive shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, drive profitability, and improve market share.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Cultivate strong relationships with employees, customers, and community groups to promote business growth and development.
- Monitor and report on sales, customer satisfaction, and operational performance to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a store director or assistant store manager role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
