Sales Strategist

Lamplight Farms is a leading manufacturer of innovative products, including the TIKI Brand Patio Fire Pit and Bitefighter LED String Lights. As a Sales Strategist, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and maximizing profits with national retailers and distribution channels.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed profitable growth expectations.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts.
- Prepare strategic plans, evaluate sales performance, and take corrective action to maintain profitability expectations.
- Stay up-to-date on consumer market trends and provide market feedback to ensure product development meets consumer needs.
- Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to discuss future product demand and production scheduling.
- Represent the brand at trade shows and customer events.
- Assist in training sales representatives and support staff to enhance team performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive sales/account management experience in the consumer products industry.
- Experience working with key retailers, including Ace Hardware, Menards, and Tractor Supply.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and apply insights to meet sales objectives.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize and manage competing demands.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a complete package offered by our parent company, the W.C. Bradley Co, including paid time off, generous 401K company match, and more.
