Sales Enablement Strategist

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cloud Support Lead to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a key member of our Global Support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing top-notch support and guidance on our cloud services.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute comprehensive field enablement plans that drive revenue growth, adoption, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to understand customer needs and develop targeted solutions
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and content to empower our sales organization and ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our support capabilities and stay ahead of the competition
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $140,000 - $180,000 per year (estimated)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as sales, marketing, or business administration
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field, with increasing influence and responsibility
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful field enablement plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness
