- Schedule work and staff at local operational sites, prioritizing productivity and efficiency.">
- Participate in special department projects as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.">
Requirements and Competencies:

- Three to five years of previous administrative experience preferred.">
- Related degree or equivalent work history and experience.">
- Previous QuickBooks experience an asset.">
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.">
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, manage competing demands, and adapt to changes smoothly in a dynamic work environment.">
