Location: Midtown East, Manhattan.

Working Hours: 8:45 AM – 4:45 PM with a 1-hour lunch break

*Hybrid Work Schedule Available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering data within the Raiser's Edge database
  • Resolving gift entry challenges and addressing internal inquiries related to donors and contributions
  • Processing both Direct Mail and online donations
  • Handling checks, wires, stocks, and foreign currency gifts in batches through gift editing and entry
  • Entering pledges in batches and facilitating finance approval
  • Managing the acknowledgment letter process
  • Coordinating grant agreements for signatures among all relevant parties
  • Performing additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Previous experience with a CRM system
  • Familiarity with Raiser's Edge is advantageous
