Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and initiate conversations to build rapport and understand their needs.
- Handle the setup process for new customer accounts and orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone, to provide timely solutions and recommendations.
- Identify and assess customers' needs, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations to meet their expectations.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist with inventory management to maintain a well-stocked and organized retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Already local and able to start immediately.
- Ability to commute 5 days a week.
- Proven customer service experience and a passion for helping customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
