About the Role

Office Performance is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to fill a full-time entry-level position as a Customer Service Associate. This role requires a daily commute to our on-site location, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and initiate conversations to build rapport and understand their needs.
  • Handle the setup process for new customer accounts and orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone, to provide timely solutions and recommendations.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations to meet their expectations.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist with inventory management to maintain a well-stocked and organized retail environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Already local and able to start immediately.
  • Ability to commute 5 days a week.
  • Proven customer service experience and a passion for helping customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
