Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Raleigh, NC. As a Customer Service Representative you will play a crucial role in ensuring contractors have a positive experience with their orders/products/services. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, providing assistance and information while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities:
Respond to contractor inquiries via phone and email in a timely and friendly manner.
Assist walk in customers with placing/picking up orders & questions/concerns .
Provide product information, resolve customer issues, and offer solutions to problems.
Coordinate with warranty department as needed
Assist customers with order processing, including order placement, tracking, and returns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements.
Uphold the company’s customer service standards and policies.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
3-5 years customer service/call center experience required including heavy customer resolution
Construction and/or construction material distribution experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with constant change.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a desire to assist others.
Ability to adapt to change and willingness to learn about our products/services.
