Job Summary

Brockton Area Multi-Servi is seeking a skilled Clinician to join our team. As a Clinician, you will provide counseling, advocacy, and casework services to families of children with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in intake evaluations and develop Individual Family Service Plans.
  • Provide home and center-based case management and therapeutic services.
  • Fulfill system record-keeping requirements.
  • Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and training.
  • Perform casework duties with families.
  • Provide support and assistance to parents regarding financial issues, advocacy concerns, and community awareness.
  • Work with community resources and referral sources for children and families.
  • Provide social work consultation and education to staff members.
  • Lead parent support/educational groups.
  • Perform duties to reflect reasonable safety standards.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree required.
  • Valid driver's license in state of residence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience coordinating social services for high-risk families with infants and toddlers 0-3 years.
  • Experience facilitating parent support groups of 0-3 population.
  • Experience with low-incidence population.
