Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of clinical staff to provide exceptional patient care and achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our clinical staff.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess client, family, environment, and clinical caregivers, and provide feedback and coaching to improve care delivery.
- Collaborate with our clinical directors and other stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those related to patient care, staffing, and operations.
- Current, unrestricted RN licensure in the state where you will be working.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing, with a focus on home healthcare or a related field.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and developing clinical staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
