**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and observe swimmers at all times to ensure their safety and provide assistance as needed.
  • Administer first aid to minor injuries and maintain a clean and organized first aid station.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of pool areas, including changing rooms, bathrooms, and showers.
  • Assist in organizing swim clinics and private lessons for members as directed by the department manager.
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Perform routine pool maintenance tasks, including checking chemicals and vacuuming the pool.
  • Monitor and maintain pool equipment and report any issues to management.
  • Organize and participate in pool games and activities to enhance the member experience.
  • Collaborate with the department manager to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of two years of lifeguarding experience.
  • CPR, First Aid Certification, and various Water Safety/Instructor Certifications required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
