Job Title: Integrated Warehouse Manager

The Integrated Warehouse Manager is a critical role within our Supply Chain organization, responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our 3PL distribution network. This includes managing storm operation execution, invoicing, project execution, and future distribution integration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with experience in process improvement and project management. They will be responsible for monitoring and supporting 3PL operations financial and operational performances, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring seamless communication and material flow processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support 3PL operations financial and operational performances
  • Report performance periodically at a regional or DC level
  • Maintain customer relations by ensuring seamless communication and material flow processes
  • Responsible for consignment order process and inventory accuracy
  • Assist with integration of additional business units into Distribution organization
  • Initiate and/or lead continuous improvement initiatives related to DC operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years' experience in Distribution/Logistics
  • 5 years' experience with technology solutions - WMS and ERP, or similar
  • 5 years' experience participating in and/or leading continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste in the operation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification
  • 5+ years' experience in Distribution/Logistics

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of project management fundamentals
  • Ability to identify and resolve high complexity process/system problems
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders/customers
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and multiple business applications evaluation and reporting
