Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and key decision makers to promote assigned products and maximize their selling potential.
- Implement sales strategy and drive business growth through a deep understanding of the assigned territory and a strategic approach to building an effective territory plan.
- Create and implement territory business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals, ensuring alignment with market insights and feedback.
- Engage customers in an effective and compliant manner, demonstrating subject matter expertise and using effective selling, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Manage daily sales activity and performance according to defined expectations, completing required daily data entry of call activity in CRM.
- Represent the company with the highest level of credibility, sustaining a positive impression with customers and participating in national, regional, and district meetings, training sessions, and representing the company at national and/or local conventions when applicable.
- A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a track record of sales success and existing relationships with customers in immunology (specifically gastroenterology and rheumatology).
- Immunology experience is required, with a strong preference for biologics experience, working knowledge of patient HUBs, assistance programs, and specialty pharmacy.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college is required, with a strong emphasis on selling, persuasion, presentation, and closing skills, as well as elevated levels of initiative, resilience, and drive for results.
- Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical/medical terminology, maintain the required technical expertise, including competitive product knowledge, and effectively collaborate with team members.
- Insurance: 85% cover for employees, 75% cover for dependents.
- 401k - 4.5% match.
- PTO: 15-25 days + 6 days sick time, with the ability to rollover up to 5 days of PTO and all sick days.
- Working hours: 9-6:30, with no overtime pay.
- Extra holiday: Last week of the year is off.
