MRA (The Management Association) is on the lookout for a Strategic Partnerships Manager. This role will focus on establishing connections with prospective business clients, transforming those prospects into MRA members throughout the region, and fostering robust relationships to deliver tailored solutions.


As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at MRA, your responsibilities will include:

  • Expanding membership base.
  • Ensuring high levels of member retention.
  • Promoting MRA services such as HR business solutions, training programs, and networking events.
  • Building and nurturing strong connections with MRA members, potential members, and business communities to provide effective solutions that address their needs.
  • Conducting outreach through calls and follow-ups to identify and qualify leads for new memberships and services.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to design regular campaigns aimed at lead nurturing.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, association management, or a related field.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within your designated area.
