At Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc., we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Inbound Customer Relations Center Manager to join our team. This pivotal role is based at our headquarters and is essential for overseeing the dynamics of our customer support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the incoming contact team within the Customer Relations Center, addressing inquiries via phone, email, chat, and electronic ticketing.
- Lead the daily operations of the inbound team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of contact representatives.
- Act as the primary liaison for the inbound team, ensuring adherence to performance standards and operational objectives.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex customer issues, providing solutions and identifying areas for operational enhancement.
Qualifications:
We are looking for an energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of five years in customer relationship management.
- At least three years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Skills and Competencies:
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and telephony systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, alongside excellent time management and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of lift truck products and processes.
