Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the incoming contact team within the Customer Relations Center, addressing inquiries via phone, email, chat, and electronic ticketing.
  • Lead the daily operations of the inbound team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of contact representatives.
  • Act as the primary liaison for the inbound team, ensuring adherence to performance standards and operational objectives.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex customer issues, providing solutions and identifying areas for operational enhancement.

Qualifications:
We are looking for an energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years in customer relationship management.
  • At least three years of supervisory or leadership experience.
