We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at World Acceptance. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls from new and current customers
  • Provide high-quality customer service and resolve customer inquiries
  • Operate in a Call Center environment as a customer success advocate
  • Use Microsoft Office and other computer applications to manage customer interactions
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate
  • Ability to demonstrate strong critical thinking skills in difficult and sensitive situations

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17-$18, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation, holiday, and sick days, as well as a 401(k) plan.
