Nader's Pest Raiders is seeking a dedicated full-time Inside Sales Representative to enhance our service offerings to current and past clients through phone interactions. This role also involves providing essential administrative assistance to our service centers, which includes answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing payment information. Exceptional customer service skills are crucial, along with the ability to meet daily call volume targets. Compensation includes an hourly wage plus commission incentives.

Role Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will utilize your persuasive skills to connect with both existing and potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce and inform them about services tailored to their needs, guiding them through the enrollment process. You will collaborate with the Outside Sales team by generating leads and setting appointments through your phone conversations. This role also involves managing lead-generating programs established by our corporate Inside Sales Department, with support and coaching from regional training managers. Your data entry skills will be essential for documenting customer interactions and call activities in our customer relationship management system. Additionally, you will assist the administrative team by handling inbound calls related to scheduling, billing, or resolving issues.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred
  • Strong telephone communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage
  • Ability to pass state regulatory licensing/certification exams
  • Capability to pass internal technical assessments
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability for a minimum 40-hour workweek
