Business Development Opportunity

CAREL USA LLC is searching for a driven Regional Business Development Director to spearhead our sales efforts in the humidification sector. You will lead our sales team and develop strategic plans to achieve significant revenue growth.

Your Key Objectives:
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor CAREL's offerings and improve sales performance.
  • Partner with facilities managers/end-users to position CAREL as a preferred solution provider.
  • Attend local trade shows to engage with contractors and other stakeholders, fostering strong business relationships.

Essential Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in business development/territory management. Strong understanding of psychrometrics and excellent communication skills.

Compensation Package: Estimated annual salary: $110,000 - $160,000, including comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) plan) and paid time off.
