Sales and Growth Strategist

BFT - Brea is a cutting-edge fitness franchise with advanced group training methodology. We've incorporated scientifically proven strength training techniques into a variety of 50-minute training sessions that are run by accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment.
We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth and enhance our market presence. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the fitness industry, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of achieving business goals.

Job Description:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the fitness industry, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, community organizations, and fitness influencers.
- Negotiate and secure partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that align with the studio's goals.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking events, grassroots events, industry conferences, and digital marketing.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with fitness management software is a plus.
- A passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Benefits:
- This position offers a very competitive base rate: $60,000 per year; based on experience & performance.
