The estimated annual salary for this role is $30,725, based on an average of 20-24 hours worked per week at $20.04-$20.98 per hour, plus up to $6,850 in commissions.

Job Description
  • As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their options, providing personalized sales expertise, and creating meaningful connections with every customer.
  • You will work on the sales floor, participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Your schedule will be between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but we provide training and coaching for those without prior experience.
  • You should be flexible and open to change, with the ability to adapt to evolving technology and customer needs.
