Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care, including medication management, wound care, and vital sign monitoring">
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and transitions">
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient information and progress">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current LPN/LVN license in the state of Washington">
  • At least 2 years of experience in home health nursing or a related field">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • A strong understanding of disease processes and treatment modalities">
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team">

Location

This position is based in Spokane Valley, WA, and requires occasional travel to nearby areas. You will need to have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Working Hours

">

You will work 8-hour days, Monday - Friday, with occasional evening or weekend shifts as needed. You will also be required to be on call occasionally.
