Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Step Down Unit specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to individuals transitioning from intensive care units to general medical-surgical settings.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on post-intensive care recovery and self-care techniques.

Requirements:
  • Current RN license
  • BLS certification
  • Two years of recent Step Down experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
