Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate nursing professionals to provide high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing resident needs, planning and implementing care plans, and coordinating with care aides. Your expertise in mental health and assisted living settings will be invaluable in supporting the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and mental health
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address specific needs
  • Collaborate with care aides to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records

Requirements:

  • Licensed LPN or RN with at least one year of experience in Assisted Living/Mental Health
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
