The Sales & Estimation professional evaluates damaged properties and creates detailed estimates for repairs. This role involves collaborating with insurance adjusters and property owners to reach consensus on the repair scope and associated costs. Upon approval of the estimate and receipt of the property owner's authorization, the estimator transfers the project to the construction manager, ensuring proper execution of the work and overseeing job completion.
This position demands effective time management, exceptional interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in computer applications, and a robust work ethic. The individual must collaborate with a team to deliver excellent customer service while adhering to budget constraints. A minimum of five years in the construction field is advantageous. Experience in new home construction and/or remodeling is preferred. Familiarity with the Xactimate estimating software is also beneficial.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the industry
- Proficiency with estimating software
- Relevant industry certifications (IICRC and Lead)
- Experience in drafting estimates using Xactimate
- Familiarity with Symbility
Travel Expectations:
- This role may require local travel to job sites, training sessions, and company events as necessary.
Compensation:
The income range, including performance bonuses, is between $65,000 and $125,000.
