We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative to join our team at L.K. Jordan & Associates. As a Patient Services Representative, you will be working directly with patients to provide exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient support and answer questions regarding medical services and procedures
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare staff, and other stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
This is a full-time, temporary to hire position working Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. On Fridays, you will work from 8 AM to 2 PM with no lunch break. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a patient services or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
