- 5+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
