Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Neuro ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence St Vincent Medical Center. This is a 0.9 FTE night shift position that requires a high level of expertise and compassion in caring for critically ill patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Neuro ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in neuro ICU care
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing within this state
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
  • One (1) year Nursing experience
