Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care to NICU patients and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs and medication administration
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a NICU setting
