Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housing Program Specialist to join our team at Catholic Charities of Oregon. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Community Development & Housing program, including answering calls, processing mail, and maintaining electronic filing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and stakeholders
  • Process and respond to mail, including opening and distributing correspondence
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic filing systems
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
  • Support the VP of Community Development & Housing with property inspections and other tasks
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in human services or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
