Sales Director Leader

Glass Roots Construction, LLC is a rapidly growing fiber optic utility construction firm seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive sales of construction projects to new customers. The successful candidate will achieve sales and revenue growth goals by creating and managing a well-run RFP program as well as acquiring and on-boarding new customers through targeted means.
About the RoleThis leadership position reports directly to the senior business development lead and requires little direct supervision. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing advanced relationships with potential customers and increasing net revenue for GRC with new accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with customers to understand their network needs and current network topology
- Generate sales revenue by actively promoting GRC products and services
- Design solutions and present network proposals and expected performance capabilities for GRC solutions
- Build relationships with new customers and maintain records in GRC's CRM tool
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients
- 5+ years of experience in sales/business development or similar role
- Strong technical/business knowledge and BS/BA degree in operations or business management
- Experience in data management and Microsoft Suite including Excel
- Must reside in one of the following states: CO, NV, UT, AZ, TX, NM, CA
$100K - $175K base salary with opportunity to earn competitive commissions, plus health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and 401(K).
