Responsibilities:

* Install and configure audio/video systems, including one-room audio/video installs and setup
* Set up and install satellite/cable systems
* Troubleshoot and repair simple systems
* Install and configure basic networking/data system installations and setup
* Program single-room, advanced systems
* Understand and work with multi-room systems and setup
* Understand and work with security system programming and design
* Understand and work with single room AV systems
* Complete ProSource University within the first year of employment

Requirements:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
* Ability to work on rotating on-call service schedule
* Proficient in all Assistant level qualifications
* Competent skills with desktop and mobile computing
* Clean driving record and background check (required for DCJS certification)
* Minimum of 1-year field experience
